Do you offer speciality cakes (Sugar Free, Vegan, etc.)?

   -At the moment we do not offer any speciality cakes. All cakes are made with butter, milk, eggs, flour, and sugar.

How do you place an order and when do I order?

-Please fill out a form for a quote and allow up to 24 hours for a response.

Please give us at least a 2 week notice for custom cakes.

Lunchbox cakes and Birthday Treat Boxes can be ordered the week of.

Do you offer delivery?

   -We ONLY offer delivery for WEDDINGS and LARGE EVENTS (min. of $700)

Delivery Fee: $1 per mile

Do you ship?

   -At the moment we do not ship any cakes or sweets.

​

Do you offer Half a Dozen on items?

   -We do not offer half a dozen items, ALL sweets will have to be ordered by a dozen

Cake Tastings/Samples:

   - We do offer WEDDING CAKE TASTINGS at ANY TIME for $50 (more information under 'Weddings')

- We offer Just Because Cake Tastings ONCE a month (more information under 'Desserts')

How does Pick-Up work?

   -Pick Up is available Tuesday-Friday from 9am-5pm in Grand Prairie. On Saturday's, pick up is available from 9am-2pm in Grand Prairie.

PLEASE come at the time frame that is set, if you pick up after set time frame without giving notice you are subject to a late fee.

If you need to change your pick up time PLEASE give at least 1 hour notice.

We will not be available Sunday and Monday

Deposits, Refunds and Cancellations:

   - We do require a %20 NON-REFUNDABLE deposit to secure your order, the full payment will be due 3 days prior to pick up or delivery.

Due to being a small business, we don't offer refunds due to ingredients and decorations already being purchased for order.

If you need to cancel your order please contact us ASAP, unfortunately the deposit for your order will not be refundable.

If order is not cancelled 3 days before pick-up/delivery, full payment will still be required

Once the item is in your possession and it becomes damaged, unfortunately a refund will not be offered.

After I fill out an order request form, what's next?

We will contact you with a quote, if you choose to move forward with the order

a text will be sent to you from 'Bakesy' to put your deposit down
